  • UD951B - Why doesn't devices work and there is no sound when I use the UD951B ?

    If you have this situation, please confirm the following items one by one:

    1. All devices have been powered and started normally.

    2. The connection of all devices is correct and there is no wrong connection.

    3. The decoder switches to the corresponding signal channel. If you are connecting HDMI 1 or 2 or 3, the decoder signal channel should be switched to the corresponding HDMI 1 or 2 or 3, and it is same for other signal channels. The current signal channel will be displayed on the LCD screen of the UD951B decoder.

    4. The volume of all devices is adjusted to the normal range (not in the mute state and the mute key is not pressed ).

    5. The audio input / output settings of all devices are correct.

    Because devices each customer used and usage mode maybe is different, we can't give you a standard solution. If you have any problems, you can get more information by reading the user's manual of your device, or contact us, and we will try our best to help and solve your problems.
     

    NOTE:

    *This isn't an amp. It can't be used as an amp. Small Speakers can be use directly, And high-power Speakers needs to connect with an amp to drive.

    *The computer need be installed the driver of the system before using the H951BT unit. At present, only windows system is supported.
